2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023, lodged under Section 366-A of the I.P.C. read with Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim girl. From the statement of victim girl, recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., it appears that this may be a case of elopement.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VIth-cumExclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Madanpur P.S.
