2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with other co-accused person assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner in the entire episode. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90284 of 2024(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 judicial custody since 17.10.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Refinery P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024.
