2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 121, 122, 103(1), 61(2), 121(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased and he is alleged to have stabbed in the stomach of the deceased. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
