The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.29 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 376 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 8 of POCSO Act.

As per allegation the minor girl has been put to perpetuate sexual assault. As per statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure when she tried to flee away from clutches of the petitioner which the petitioner did not allow and handed over to the main accused person. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to
