The matter is coming up for hearing since 13.07.2023 and it underwent numerous adjournments at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners i.e., on 10.08.2023, 06.09.2023, 16.01.2024, 30.01.2024 and 21.02.2024. On 13.03.2024, the learned counsel for the respondents sought adjournment for filing copy of the writ petition bearing No. 2617 of 2017. On 28.03.2024 also, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought adjournment for filing supplementary affidavit and on the said date, it was made clear that no further time will be granted in this matter. Inspite of it, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought further adjournment on 05.04.2024 and as a last indulgence, the matter was directed to be listed on 08.04.2024 by this Court.

3. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, this Court is of the considerable view that the petitioner has no interest to evince
