The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/ 326 / 307/302/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dayan Act.

It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused have already been allowed bail by this Court as well as by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 series. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the process of law.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the

No. 80615 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Maraunna P.S. Case No.100 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
