2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner has been rejected twice by this Court vide order on 16.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 42412 of 2022 and on 12.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 26367 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fresh ground for filing the bail petition is that, one coaccused Bablu Yadav @ Bablu Kumar Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 05.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 71355 of 2022 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing as no arms and ammunition was recovered from his possession. Only cash of Rs. 50,000/- and a mobile set were recovered from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7121 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 possession, whereas, from possession of co-accused Bablu Yadav, a country made pistol and Rs. 1 lakh were recovered.

4. While rejecting the bail application of the petitioner, his criminal antecedent was also taken into the account, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in all the cases, the petitioner is on bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

6. With this observations, the present regular bail petition stands disposed of.
