JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harlakhi P. S. Case No. 125 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 307/34 of IPC.

So far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation against him and one co-accused of assault by Dabiya on the neck of the informant, causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The allegation is against two accused persons of assault by Dabiya. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for about three months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the injury is on the neck, which is

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
