2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of bank robbery. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons, on the point of pistol, looted cash and other articles from the bank and customers. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of several co-accused persons.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
