2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 61773 of 2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is extremely poor and financially incapable of paying the sum of Rs. 25,000/- to the Ram Krishna Mission Asharama, Nala Road, Patna. He further submits that due to his inability to pay the said amount, the petitioner has remained in judicial custody since 07.06.2025.

4. In view of the above, this modification application is allowed. The order dated 22.09.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89738 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 61773 of 2025, is modified, and the condition imposed upon the petitioner in paragraph no. 8 is hereby recalled.

5. The Court below is directed to release the petitioner forthwith.

6. Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioner and the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ara Muffasil Police Station, District-Bhojpur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
