The petitioner has been in custody since 01.11.2019 in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 336/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/409/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare reading of the FIR reveals that there are no allegations against any truck driver or the vehicle owner being cheated or that any offence of criminal breach of trust has been committed. It is further submitted that when he was sitting at the hotel taking tea, the police party raided the hotel and has arrested him without any fault as he is the truck owner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the seizure-list does not reveal

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 336/2019.
