The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 781 of 2017 under sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 436 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case nearly 100 persons have been made accused. There is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced, namely, Sanjit @ Sanjit Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 20.04.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 21982 of 2018 and Monu Kumar @ Saurav Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 27.04.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 25646 of 2018 by the co-ordinate benches of this Court on the ground of parity, let the
