The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case no.187 of 2019 corresponding to C.I.S. No.347 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of looting of the mobile phone and motorcycle of the informant by some unknown miscreants and later on name of the petitioner transpired in this case and it appears that he is accused in three other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on confessional statement of the co-accused he has been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 24.4.2019, charge sheet has already been submitted, as such there is no

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No.187 of 2019 corresponding to C.I.S. No.347 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
