The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.05 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 352, 380, 411 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The other accused persons were running away after committing theft, one co-accused namely, Ahraj was arrested, who has taken the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement as one of the associates in the crime. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 5.

If the petitioner surrenders in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1200 of 2025(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the court below shall consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the order of this Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
