2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act 2018 .

3 . As per the prosecution case , 100 litres country made liquor was recovered from seized motorcycle which was allegedly driven by this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 4 District Gaya in connection with Gurpa P. S. Case No. 22 of 2024 .
