2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vidyapati Nagar ( Ghataho OP) P.S.Case No. 81 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleged that while he returning to his home, two miscreants, on the point of knife, took his mobile and Rs. 5000/- and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2023 and he has got one criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is ready to give Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the informant.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in Vidyapati Nagar ( Ghataho O. P ) P.S.Cae No. 81 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) before the court below and the court below shall release the amount in favour of the informant. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
