Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is the present elected Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Lala Bhadsara and due to political rivalry his name has been implicated in the present case as per the instance of his rival groups. It is further submitted that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner, rather the allegation of firing is against co-accused Dinesh Mahto.
