2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(i), 115(2), 74, 117(2), 303(2), 109, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per FIR, on 21.07 2024 at 8.00 PM., while informant's father was sitting at the door, all the accused persons named in FIR including petitioners along with 5-7 unknown persons, came there variously armed and started abusing & assaulting informant's father, mother and sister. Petitioners alongwith co-accused Saurav assaulted with iron rod to informant's father, due to which, he sustains head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to dispute over drainage, a scuffle took place, in which both sides sustained injury. The injuries, caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. There is case and counter case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita.
