2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 342, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit the murder of brother of informant along with other co-accused persons by inflicting knife injury, whereas dispute developed between the parties on the eve of Sarswati idol-immersion, where vulgar music was played on DJ.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is only alleged to have caught hold of the deceased. The specific allegation of causing knife injury is against coaccused, Ravi Kumar Rai. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
