10-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted with Lathi on the head of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be
