2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(C) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of five-five packets of Charas wrapped in plastic tape weighing about 5 Kg. 124 grams. The petitioners are in jail since 20.09.2024.

4. Considering the recovery, this application is dismissed.
