====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 17-12-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petitioner is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the Counsels.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is challenging the show-cause notice dated 12.06.2025 issued to the petitioner (Annexure P/7) and the petitioner has already replied to the same (Annexures- P/8 and P/8-1), this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, having regard to the fact that the only complaint of the petitioner is that he has not been served the copy of the three Men Committee

Patna High Court CWJC No.20105 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 report or the complaint made against the petitioner, the authorities are directed to furnish the copy of the complaint as well as the three Men Committee report to the petitioner immediately. In case, the same are furnished to the petitioner, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of filing a supplementary show-cause to the notice dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/7). It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and leaving all grounds to be raised by the petitioner and to be answered by the respondent-authorities by way of a reasoned order.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
