JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16.07.2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 29.01.2018, seeks bail in Rajoun PS Case No. 38 of 2018 registered under Sections 342, 323, 377, 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Karan Kumar has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24794 of 2018 and the petitioner too has been in custody for the last five and half months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashish Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun PS Case No. 38 of 2018.
