2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"(i) That the petitioner be ordered to be granted the entire salary for the period for which he has

2/4 worked as peon in the school.

(ii) That the petitioner be also granted salary for period for which the work has been taken in the school.

(iii) That the petitioner service also be regularised in the school."

4. During the course of argument, the petitioner has confined his prayer only to seeking the salary for the period for which the petitioner has worked as peon in the school. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner further submits that for seeking this relief, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Headmaster, High School, Murar, Buxar (respondent no. 5) within one month from today and prays that if such a representation is filed within the stipulated time then an appropriate direction be issued to the Headmaster, High School, Murar, Buxar (respondent no. 5) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He also submits that in case, the Headmaster, High School, Murar, Buxar (respondent no. 5) finds the petitioner entitled to the claim which the petitioner would be making in the representation then the same should be released to the petitioner

3/4 as soon as possible.

5. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Headmaster, High School, Murar, Buxar (respondent no. 5) within one month from today claiming the salary for the period for which the petitioner claims to have worked as peon in the school. If such a representation is filed within the stipulated time then the Headmaster, High School, Murar, Buxar (respondent no. 5) is directed to dispose of the same on merit within a further period of three months from the date of filing of the representation, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Headmaster, High School, Murar, Buxar (respondent no. 5) should be a reasoned and speaking order.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
