2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 420, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From reading the F.I.R., it appears that it is a case of consensual sex.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Mahila Bagaha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023.
