The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kartahan PS case no. 40 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 412, 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen vehicles from a place situated outside the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fact is that no recovery has been made from inside the house of the petitioner as far as the stolen vehicles are concerned. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2018. Lastly, it is submitted that

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan PS case no. 40 of 2016.
