1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.973 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/3 seeks permission to correct the address of the petitioners no.2 and 3. Permission so sought is granted. Needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For a direction upon the Respondents to grant Samman Pension under J.P. Samman Yojna Scheme to the petitioners who are entitled to the same under the provisions of the said Scheme with effect from the date of application. (ii) For a direction to the Respondents to pay arrears of Samman Pension to the petitioners which has not been paid to the petitioners despite being recommended for the same by Advisory Counsel alongwith Penal interest."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Secretary (Special Section), Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioners, before the Secretary (Special Section), Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be

5. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
