2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 647 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 182, 211, 353, 120(B) and 193 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Jaynarayan Singh was granted bail but he was impersonated by one Monu Singh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. The petitioner is the bailor of the case. The petitioner is in jail since 07.11.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Considering the custody of the petitioner and being

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2940 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 a bailor of the case, the application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 647 of 2023.

8. While furnishing the bail bond, the petitioner will furnish an affidavit that he will now in future never become a bailor for any accused in any Court of the country. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
