The petitioner has been in custody since 15.06.2017 in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 357 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18, 20, 22 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail has been rejected.

Considering the fact that the recoveries made from the petitioner were 1 kg., whereas the recoveries made in a larger amount was from the other co-accused persons who have since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 63606 of 2017 vide order dated 19.01.2018, let the petitioner above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26867 of 2018 (4) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge- Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 357 of 2017.
