The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S.Case No.613 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
FIR of the occurrence is theft of four wheeler is against unknown.
Submission is that the four wheeler was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since more than one year and there is no material that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the

No.80621 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 process of law, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S.Case No.613 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and also that the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
