2. Affidavit filed by the informant is taken on record.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner while working in the Shivam Automobile an authorized dealer of TVS Company is said to have defalcated Rs. 17, 22, 000/-. Petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2023.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
