2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 352, 341(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners assaulted informant and his father with khanti and danda and also chased them by vehicle, but anyhow they could save themselves by fleeing away from there.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. Injuries, sustained by injured persons, are simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 227 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
