Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 19.6.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23066 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial without a period of nine months and liberty has been given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no substantive progresss has been made in the trial and even the case has not been committed to the court of sessions and the petitioner is in custody for about 1 1⁄2 year. No.28856 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Narayan Kumar, J.M. 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Tr. No.1343 of 2018 arising out of Kathaiya P.S.Case no.07 of 2015, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
