JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was earlier disposed off by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 15763 of 2017.

From the order dated 19.02.2018 of the court below enclosed with this petition, it appears that bail bonds of the petitioner has already been cancelled and NBW against him has been issued. The bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled due to non compliance of the direction given by this Court in that order.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application.
