The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having stolen Bolero vehicle of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on account of bad criminal antecedent of the petitioner, he has been implicated in the present case and remanded in the present case on 29.12.2018. It is further submitted that neither any recovery of stolen vehicle has been made from the petitioner nor TIP has been held so as to suggest the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82396 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 occurrence. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused person has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67688 of 2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak), Purnea P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018.
