2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.535 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the son of petitioner namely Rohit Kumar had taken away minor daughter of the informant to some undisclosed place with complicity of petitioner for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is the mother of coaccused Rohit Kumar against whom there is allegation that he

He also submits that the victim girl and the son of petitioner are in love affairs and no one has kidnapped the victim. It is next submitted that earlier also the victim girl has fled away with the son of petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 28.08.2023 and she has one criminal antecedent in which she is on bail.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.535 of 2023.
