2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act.
3. As per allegation, the police personnel on tip off arrested the petitioner and on his confessional statement one pistol and 101 cartridges were recovered very far from his house near the mountains.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of misuse of privilege for bail. The petitioner was doing proper pairvi till 20.04.2017. His bail was cancelled on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1604 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 19.02.2024 and he has amply been punished for remaining three months under custody for misuse of privilege for bail.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vith, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
7. The petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date as directed by the Court below and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
