The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2019 (Computer Registration No.766 of 2019) registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 72 bottles, each containing 375 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, and some more bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor, from a toilet, situated behind the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.11.2019.
