Petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged arbitrary selection of respondent no.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the petition is disposed with a direction to to the petitioner to approach the competent authority with regard to grievance raised by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has no objection of disposal of the writ application. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.25395 of 2019(3) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Child Development Project Officer Chandi, Nalanda, in the event, the petitioner files proper application, the respondent no.4 shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order..

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
