JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 The short prayer of the petitioner is to direct the appellate authority to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner which has been filed against the order dated 04.01.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hilsa, whereby and whereunder the P.D.S. license of the petitioner bearing license No. H32/2007 has been cancelled. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that he has no objection if a direction is given to the appellate authority to dispose off the appeal of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the appellate authority to

Patna High Court CWJC No.141 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
