2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to correct the Voter List of the Simra Primary Agriculture Sakh Sahyog Samiti, Bandra, Muzaffarpur immediately without any further delay.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25365 of 2019 dt.19-12-2019 2/2 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to hold the Election of the Simra Primary Agriculture Sakh Sahyog Samiti, Bandra, Muzaffarpur only after correction of the Voter list for the said election. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to ensure the fair election by providing adequate protection and security to the petitioner.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs of which the petitioner is legally entitled to."

3. In view of election having been held and results declared on 09.12.2019, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the statutory authority/forum with regard to the grievance raised in the present application.
