2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 105, 110 and 287 of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner used to store and sale of petrol, diesel and diesel from his house and when the informant's father visited the petitioner's house suddenly due to leakage of domestic gas which resulted in fire and in result the informant's father was burnt and he was referred to PMCH but during treatment he died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR itself it is clear that the occurrence has taken place due to leakage of gas and it is an accident.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Purnea.
