The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad (Taregna) P.S.Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that FIR named accused persons, inlaws of the deceased used to torture her and on account of that she committed suicide along with two children. Submission is that petitioner is husband and not named in the FIR and there is no accusation against him regarding committing any torture to his wife rather the same is against others, named in the FIR and only material transpired during investigation is that being husband, he did not take corrective action against tortured behaviour by other family members. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Raushan Paswan @ Raushan Kumar is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Railway, Patna in connection with Rail P.S.
