2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. has been lodged to the effect that on 30.05.2023 at about 03:00 AM in the night, the informant received a call on her mobile from his son, who talked to one Rupesh and stated that he has been brutally assaulted at Gorhna Tihari Stadium and requested them to come. When the informant along with Rupesh went there, her injured son disclosed that these petitioners, named in the F.I.R., assaulted him. Thereafter, the injured son of the informant was taken to a local doctor who

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5306 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 referred him to Sadar Hospital, Chapra. But on the way, the informant's son succumbed to the injuries.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the rival submissions and specific accusation of assault against these petitioners by the deceased, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
