The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No.9848 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 65 ltrs. of liquor from co-accused, who has disclosed the name of the petitioner as supplier.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement there is nothing against him, no recovery and he is in custody since 7.11.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.83263 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlar2019ged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S.Case No.860 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No.9848 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
