Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur PS Case No.06 of 2018, registered under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the girl were acquainted to each other prior to the occurrence living in the same locality and as per statement of the girl, the petitioner wanted to get her married with her brother but she refused howsoever she does not make any allegation of establishing sexual relationship.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Asha Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30873 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Rosera in connection with Hasanpur PS Case No.06 of 2018.
