2. The CWJC No. 2408 of 2003 which was disposed of on 23.06.2010 by a bench of this Court, the writ court had directed the Director General of Police to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. From the order itself it shows that it was passed in the year 2010 and fourteen years later, this contempt petition has been filed alleging that order has not been passed. There is nothing on record to show what happened between 2010 to 2024 as no such fact part of M.J.C. No. 47 of 2024.

3. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring a fresh representation in the light of the order of the writ court before

It is for the petitioner to decide as for the present, in the order of year 2010, in absence of anything on record as/or development, no direction can be issued.

4. If no order has been passed, it is expected that the opposite party, the DGP, Bihar shall take the matter to its logical conclusion.

5. List this case within four weeks.
