The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.128 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner being an elected Mukhiya was leading a mob which was involved in stopping vehicles and after identifying passengers of a particular community assaulting them coupled with the observation made by the learned Sessions Judge in his impugned order that two of the injured persons were taken to Sadar Hospital, Bhabua for treatment, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26245 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
