The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P. S. Case No. 121 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Being Bhaisur (brother-in-law) the petitioner is implicated along with other family members of the husband in the instant case, wherein, there is allegation of demand for dowry and thereafter of killing the daughter of informant. It is submitted that the petitioner has been living separately from his brother( husband of the deceased). Petitioner had no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. He does not bear criminal antecedents and is in custody since

The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Gurua P. S. Case No. 121 of 2013, subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled.
