2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 646 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 140, 111, 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that certain unknown miscreants have caught the informant. They were armed with a weapon. When the informant raised alarm, one of them was apprehended who was identified as Saurav Kumar. Saurav Kumar has disclosed that co-accused Vikash Kumar who is stepbrother, has arranged the contract killer at Rs. 8,00,000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has

From perusal of the F.I.R. itself it is clear that only one person Saurav Kumar was apprehended and from his possession, only a mobile and bike was recovered whereas it is alleged that the miscreants were armed with weapon. It has further been submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in the statement of the co-accused. It has also been submitted that there is enmity between the informant and the petitioner as he is stepbrother of the petitioner. He has also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He has further submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 91379 of 2025 and 10670 of 2026. Moreover, the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 17.09.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial
